Tumby Villas and Motel was built by several local Tumby Bay families who noticed the need for comfortable modern accommodation suitable to visitors coming to the Eyre Peninsula by car.

Our accommodation offers peace of mind with modern perimeter fencing, and plenty of parking for your car, fishing boat and trailer.

The villas are ideal holiday accomodation for friends, couples and families who are looking for home comforts, with most families staying 4-7 nights.

The motel rooms offer a more traditional style of traveller accommodation, most suited to the corporate traveller or couples.

We are located an easy 500m walk from Tumby Bay beach, local supermarkets, pubs, bakery and chemist. Tumby Bay jetty is less than 1km away, the Tumby Bay boat ramp 2.3km and the Silo Art just 2.8km. Then there is the Colour Tumby artwork which is scattered all around town and easily accessible by foot.

There is so much to do and see around Tumby Bay, but head further afield and the whole of the Southern Eyre Peninsula opens up to you. Port Lincoln is just 35 minutes down the road, Coffin Bay an hour, Cowel (including the Lucky Bay ferry terminal) and Cleve about an hour north. Cummins is less than 30 mins inland, with Elliston about 1 hour 45min further afield.
