Our Villas & Motel Rooms
Our Villas
We have 7 self contained villas onsite, each with adjacent parking.
Each has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two king size single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. You only pay for the bedrooms you use, so singles/couples occupying just one bedroom will pay a lesser rate.
The fully equipped kitchen offers:
- an electric oven and cooktop
- Fridge / freezer
- Microwave
- Sink
- Cookware
- Cutlery and crockery for 4 people
The lounge has a long L shaped lounge, coffee table and flatscreen TV with all digital channels. The dining table, adjacent to the kitchen, seats six while the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you comfortable in summer and winter.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and mirror along with a front loading washing machine (and clothes pegs).
Each villa also has its own elevated deck with a 4 seat outdoor dining table.

Villa 1 bedroom – $180 per night
Villa 2 bedrooms – $200 per night

Our Motel Rooms
Our motel rooms offer spacious and comfortable living with at door parking. Select from a room with a queen size or twin single beds depending on your preference. An additional sofa bed is also available.
Each room offers table and chairs, flatscreen TV with all digital channels, sofa, reverse cycle air conditioning and a bar fridge. Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery also come as standard.
If you preorder, we can provide provisions for a continental breakfast.
The spacious ensuite bathroom features a shower, toilet and basin.
These motel rooms are popular with business travellers, enjoy contactless check in and check out so you can arrive or leave at any time.
Tumby Bay is a popular location for corporate visitors to stay as all southern Eyre Peninsula locations are easily accessible by car in less than an hour, and Port Lincoln airport only 25 mins away.

We have ample onsite parking for trailers and boats so you can unhook and explore the Eyre Peninsula without towing anything behind you.
BBQ and Alfresco Dining
We have a large alfresco BBQ and dining area available for guests to use, ideal for groups to dine together or families to let the kids run around outside. It is fully enclosed with large retractable blinds, a 8 seat dining table, large share fridge and a 4 burner BBQ.
